What shipping options are available on Eunozis?
Currently, only standard shipping is offered. Express delivery will be available later, and we are actively working on implementing it. In the meantime, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience with standard shipping.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free in Canada and the United States. International shipping costs 6.97 CAD.

Can I choose the date and time of shipping?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to select a specific date and time for delivery.

Can I return my package?

Can I modify or cancel an order?
You can cancel your order before the delivery process begins. However, once the shipping process has started and a tracking number has been assigned, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order.
Nevertheless, you can still return the package after receiving it.
